For Australian RTOs
A week of unit prep, done in an afternoon — and it maps itself.
Give VET Builder the unit code. It writes the learning content and the assessments, links every item back to the criteria it proves, and builds the mapping document while it goes.
No card for the trial. $149–$699 a month after, by tier.

KQ knowledge questions · PT practical task · TP third-party report · OB observation
The paperwork is the hard part. It comes out of the same build.
Most tools write you a workbook and leave the compliance set to a weekend. These come out of the unit at the same time as the content, which is why they agree with each other.
Pre-use tool review record
Evidence the assessment tool was reviewed before it went near a student, with what changed and who signed it off.
Assessment validation record
The validation the standard requires, laid out with the criteria under review and room for the panel to disagree.
Unit mapping document
Every performance criterion and item of knowledge evidence, against the assessment that proves it. Finished when the pack is.
Delivery and assessment section
The unit-level section of your training and assessment strategy, written from the same source as the pack.
A unit's worth of teaching, not a template to fill in.
Unlimited units on every tier. The tier only decides how many trainers can work in it.

Download a real pack before you decide.
Everything VET Builder produced for one unit — the teaching content, the student workbook, both assessment copies, the mapping document, the tool review and validation records, the TAS section. No sign-up, no email.
Download the sample pack (348 KB)Apply basic levelling procedures, from the CPC training package. Generated by the app, not written for this page — including the parts that read like a first draft, because that is what you would get and then edit.
- Does this make our RTO compliant?
- No. It writes the documents an auditor asks for and keeps them consistent with the unit. A qualified assessor still has to read, validate and sign off everything before it reaches a student — the same as any tool you would buy or any consultant you would hire.
- Is it AI-generated?
- Yes, and we say so on every export. The unit of competency itself is Commonwealth material reproduced unchanged; the learning content and assessment drafts are generated and must be validated before use.
- Who owns what we produce?
- You do. The packs are yours to edit, deliver, rebrand and keep if you stop paying.
- How many trainers can use it?
- That is the only difference between the tiers. Units are unlimited on all of them — three trainers on Starter, ten on Standard, twenty-five on Multi-campus.
